Honestly, I have yet to do a non-vegetarian ferment… but that’s mainly because I’m a bit frightened of the idea of fermenting meat… it’s a bit too close to the food poisoning boundary. However, I decided that a short list of my favourite vegetarian fermented dishes was in order.
1. Sourdough Pizza
Pizza is an obvious winner… it’s always EVERYONE’S favourite. Using a sourdough crust turns your basic run-of-the-mill pizza into something amazing.

5. Hearty Miso Soup
A Hearty Miso Soup is perfect for those rainy days, when you need something quick, warm and filling.
6. Creamy Cultured Jello
I struggled with choosing a dessert for this list… mainly because I love them all so much. But this wasn’t a list of desserts so I limited myself to my absolute FAVOURITE. I love the Creamy Cultured Jello because it is a delicious and probiotic!
