Probiotic Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi - Super simple, probiotic, sugar-free treat

A mango lassi is a sweet, tangy and refreshing drink that is basically a mango smoothie! It is a healthy sugar free and probiotic treat!

  1. Peel the mango and cut it off the pit. Place all of mango in a blender.
  2. Puree the mango. If you want a pulp-free lassi, then push the mango through a sieve discarding the fibers. (I usually don’t bother with this step, because I like fiber.)
  3. Return the puree to the blender and add in the cultured dairy. Blend until smooth and serve, or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
