Creamy dip for vegetables and chips

A creamy yogurt dip - perfect for vegetables, chips, sandwiches and salad dressing

  • 1 1/2 cups of yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp finely diced green onion or fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper


  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a 3 cup bowl.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to blend.
  3. Keep chilled and use within one week.

  • For a thick dip use strained yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • To get even more probiotics, use cultured mayonnaise.
