5 Minute Yogurt Dip

How to make a super simple yogurt dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp finely diced green onion or fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a 3-cup bowl. For a thicker dip use strained yogurt
  2. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
  3. Keep chilled and use within one week.
