Fermentation Rules

Before starting any ferments be sure to follow all the Basic Fermentation Rules. This is the best way to ensure that you have a successful ferment.

However, if the results of your fermentation aren’t what you expect then throw it away.  Fermented food should look and smell delicious. If you are ever uncertain about something you’ve fermented then throw it away. Food poisoning is not fun, and  I am not responsible for anyone who eats something that has gone bad.

1. Terms

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
