    once I do the fermentation process and put in jars, do I use the brine from the fermentation and then water bath to preserve??

      Here’s how I water bath can fermented pickles: https://www.fermentingforfoodies.com/canning-fermented-pickles/ I do reuse the brine for preserving. Enjoy!
